1.) How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at support@hypebargains.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.
On the side note, a handling charge will be charge 10% of the product price will be charge as handling charge for item cancellation.
2.) How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Your Order on top of Hype Bargain page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.
3.) When will I get my tracking number?
Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@hypebargains.com
4.) Where can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at support@hypebargains.com.

You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at support@hypebargains.com.
5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.
7.) How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 1-5 business days. After that you will be issued a tracking number, the general shipping times are displayed in the table below:

*Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
8.) What is the difference between 'Free Shipping and 'Large Package Expedited Shipping'?
Most small items will be free shipping, but we do sell larger or heavier items on our site that require more packaging care and a higher shipping cost. The Large Package Expedited Shipping delivers faster because of the premium you pay. Unfortunately, for oversized items, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
